Wedding Contract for Photography Services of Claire Byrne Photography

1. This agreement contains the entire understanding between Claire Byrne Photography and you the client. The contract supersedes all prior agreements between each party. 2. Upon your signature, Claire Byrne Photography will reserve the date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that date. For this reason, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. 3. Reservation deposit of €300 is required at the time of booking. This can be paid by cash, cheque or bank transfer. If the balance is not paid, the wedding will stay at the bottom of the editing queue until payment has been made. 5 All negatives and digital files together with the copyrights therein will remain the property of Claire Byrne Photography. However, the wedding couple will be given a copy on USB stick for them to print personal copies. 6 The photographs, digital negatives or prints produced by Claire Byrne Photography are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner. Claire Byrne Photography reserves the right to use negatives or digital files (and any prints there from) for advertising, display, exhibitions, competitions and all other. Photos may be reproduced on her website, photo association competition and the Internet such as social networking, blogs, Facebook, Twitter, among others without written permission. 7 Standard day coverage is from morning preparations until the bride and groom sit for dinner. 8 In the event that you the client cancel, your deposit will be forfeited. Claire Byrne Photography agrees to refund all additional paid money less expenditure (e.g. engagement shoots or save the date cards, for which receipts will be provided). You must cancel in writing only. 9 You are encouraged to give a list of important shots and key people and groups to be photographed. Claire Byrne Photography will do its very best to honor the clients personal requests, however due to weather or time constraints on the day sometimes this is not always possible to fully complete. 10 Images will be uploaded to an online gallery 8-10 weeks after your wedding. They will then be sent to you on a USB in the post. Creation of a wedding album takes 6-10 weeks. Payment for Wedding Albums or Prints is made at the time of ordering. 11 In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural or other emergencies, Claire Byrne Photography will do its best to find an alternative photographer. If such a situation should occur a full refund of payment would be applied. 12 Sometimes the guidelines of the ceremony official or the reception site management limits the photographer. You the client agree to accept the technical results of their imposition on the photographer. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is you the clients’ responsibility; Claire Byrne Photography will offer technical recommendations only. 13 Claire Byrne Photography is not responsible if any of the camera equipment/film that is damaged by any of the guests during the wedding. You the client is responsible for the conduct of your guests. 14 Discovery of new information, changes to agreed circumstances, or other factors, which tends to circumvent its policies may result in its withdrawal. Non-cooperation; changes in locations, facilities or available times; missed appointments and late payments are examples of contributing factors. Should Claire Byrne Photography initiate the withdrawal, all fees will be returned, excluding deposit as well as fair market value for all services/products already provided. 15 This contract has been freely negotiated and shall be recognised as the entirety of the agreement. Only those changes or modifications specifically placed in writing, attached, dated and signed by you the client and Claire Byrne Photography at the time of acceptance of this contract shall be recognised as amendments. We have read and fully understood the clauses listed in this terms and conditions document and agree to abide by them in full.
